2)In opening video no cut & pause should be done. 
3)whenever u make an opening video u need to show the parcel n the slip which is on the parcel.
4) No complaints will be taken without an opening video 
5) If product is missing, damage or wrong print and color received, exchange will be done only if u have 360° opening parcel video
6) No excuses will be accepted

 Already opened parcel and then made an opening video v will not accept any complaints.
